Great Yarmouth is currently undergoing a major transformation and is set to become a substantial force within East Anglia, one key initiative is the £45 million being spent on a new outer harbour, this will bring roll on/roll off ferry service to Holland with 200,000 trucks per annum and 1000's of passengers and a 1,000 new jobs.
Market Gates has recently undergone an incredible new 55,000 sq ft of retail accommodation, the new development includes Debenhams, New Look and Starbucks, O2 and Orange. With the arrival of the new Retailers we anticipate an increase in footfall, with brand new Mall space the opportunity to promote will be greater than ever. Currently footfall exceeds 100,000 shoppers per week.
As part of the 'new look' Mall we have introduced two new RMU's, The units are situated in busy areas of the Mall which make them ideal for special product sales, product launches and new business opportunities. The RMU's provide businesses with a high quality, cost effective unit to sell from, the units are specially designed for use within Shopping Centre's and offer flexibility in use and an alternative offer for our shoppers. The units are highly versatile and have adjustable shelving and lighting which allows you more option on how you merchandise your product. The units come with lockable cupboards and a secure dust sheet.
RMU's are available weekly, monthly or for seasonal rental. Prices range from £300.00 to £450.00 + VAT per week dependant on the time of year.
Together with the RMU's we have several promotional spaces situated in the Mall these allow brands to promote and interact with shoppers, the promotional areas differ in size to accommodate the small independent retailer to a larger area suitable to display several vehicles.
Promotional spaces are available daily, weekly, weekends or monthly. Prices vary according to size, rental period and seasonality.
Alternatively why not advertise your business in our Light Boxes situated on the slope in the main walkway of the Mall. Prices vary on length of occupation.
