to recruit a vibrant, dynamic individual as a Retail Sales Consultant with a
keen, strong focus on Sales & building Customer Relations. This role is for an opportunity at our store
in Great Yarmouth. For candidates that
can travel, additional shifts may be available at our store in Norwich.

THE ROLE: You
don’t necessarily need to have any vaping or e-cigarette expertise to start,
but what you will need is a natural inquisitiveness, a commercial focus, and
the ability to drive sales through being a knowledgeable, consultative and a trusted
Retail Sales Consultant.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Retail Sales
· Identifying opportunities by engaging with
customers in order to identify their needs.
· Closing sales, and identifying upsell
opportunities through talking to your customers and putting your exquisite
product knowledge to use.
· Building long lasting customer relationships
through offering an exceptional level of service.
· Exceeding sales targets and acting as a champion
for the brand.
· Engaging with would be / potential customers and
converting them through open questions and by offering a fantastic service –
supporting them with all of their needs through their lifestyle change.
Retail Sales Consultant
·A passion for delivering excellent customer
service, and delivering on sales targets.
·Previous experience in sales in a retail
environment, preferably in a consultative role to enable you to guide and
support customers on the start and through their vaping journey.
· A confident and creative flair – someone who
isn’t afraid to come up with ideas and initiatives to attract new customers.
· Keen to develop and learn more about a fantastic
range of electric cigarettes, vaping devices and accessories in order to
maximise sales opportunities.
